Terms & conditions
To transfer Bilt® Points to United® MileagePlus® miles, you must link your United MileagePlus account and Bilt account.
The conversion ratio for Bilt Points to MileagePlus miles will be 1:1 on transfers.
Bilt Rewards® Blue members must accrue a minimum of 2,000 eligible Bilt Points for a transfer to occur; Bilt Silver, Gold and Platinum members must accrue a minimum of 1,000 eligible Bilt Points for a transfer to occur. Balances will carry over month to month until minimums are met. Balances will transfer in increments of 50 points, and any additional points outside of the 50-point increment will carry over to the next month.
Bilt Points can be transferred up to a maximum of 999,000 Bilt Points per transaction.
Members earn up to 1 mile per $2 spent on rent when transferring Bilt points to MileagePlus miles subject to the limitations of how Bilt Points are earned. Rent payments made via a Visa®, Mastercard®, or Discover® credit card on or after July 21, 2025 will earn 1 Point per $2 spent on rent paid through the Bilt App or website. Rent payments made via an American Express® credit card will earn 1 Point per $2 spent on rent paid through the Bilt App or website. Rent Payments made through the Bilt app or website via ACH, check, debit card, or any credit card that is not a Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express® or Discover® credit card, Bilt Members will earn a flat rate of Two Hundred Fifty (250) Points per monthly Rent payment. Points cannot be earned on Rent payment fees under this offer and can be earned on only one residential rent payment per month.
This offer is subject to change over time and cannot be combined with other benefits or promotions that are specific to rent spend on the Bilt app or website using other non-Bilt Mastercard credit cards.
By turning on the auto-transfer option or making an individual transfer in the Bilt Rewards app or website, the Bilt Rewards member agrees to these terms and conditions.
By opting into the auto-transfer benefit, on or about the 15th of every calendar month, Bilt Rewards will exchange all eligible Bilt Points a member has accrued in their Bilt Rewards account for MileagePlus miles that will be credited to that member’s linked MileagePlus account.
Bilt Points earned through transactions made using a Bilt Mastercard® are not eligible for auto-transfer.
Any courtesy points or other manually added Bilt Points are not eligible for auto-transfer.
Bilt Points earned prior to October 1, 2025 re not eligible for auto-transfer.
Once Bilt Points have been exchanged and credited to a member’s MileagePlus account, they are no longer Bilt Points and are subject to the terms and conditions of the MileagePlus program.
All transfers of Bilt Points to the MileagePlus miles are final and cannot be reversed.
In most cases transfer will be immediate, but please allow up to 48 hours for the transfer to be completed.
The name of the linked MileagePlus account owner must match the Bilt Rewards account owner for auto-transfer to be completed.
